Well the month after that last entry, Kaitlin decided marriage wasn't for us and filed for divorce. don't worry, though, I'm settled with it. the event did, however, spark a drinking/partying spree that got me arrested, in a rehab program and knocked to the bottom of the totem pole here in this place. I'm still in the barracks, as well. As I said before though, I'm settled with it. I now get to claim for myself my best friend of 3 years. we've been together a few months now, and it's crazy how happy she makes me. I'm going out to see her where she lives, currently in Las Vegas, in four days time and I've never been so excited. I've toned back the drinking and partying up until this weekend (what can I say, it's Christmas.) I have a camera again, but I don't get paid enough to develop as often as I'd like. I'm still asking for a digital camera, since I haven't gotten any presents yet... let's see if Santa thinks I've been good.

wow. i suck at keeping current. sorry all, like, 4 of you who follow me. i'm a boring artist. alas. well i have been legitimately busy. i joined the army (yes it's as oppressive as it seems) and am an airborne medic (gory glory what a hell of a way to die) which means i achieved a lifelong goal (become a paratrooper) that i've had since my first toys (those plastic parachute guys) and that is why i enlisted (so i have a real shot at life). i got married to a beautiful wonder (who's name is Kaitlin) and we have not shared an address yet in the 7 months we've been married. i currently live in barracks and need to get into a real house if i ever want to provide for her (she'll be joining me shortly). well i am frequently bored and lonely and without a camera so i have had no drive to either write or photograph. i apologize for the hiatus. it is a spell and will be gone soon. i hope this proves i haven't died (or vanished or lost my hands and my ability to type or whatever your imagination thinks i may have gone through to disappear so long. until next time, i guess. so long.

I should elaborate about George. also I should correct the misspelled words in the last entry. the colony George comes from is Kail. Kail comes from the root "Kai" and means Family. Kai is an offer of brotherhood of a very deep nature. it is frequently heard in the phrase "Gha hra kai;" slang for Ghatess hrakaka kai. ghatess is a wish or blessing, similar yes opposing to Mohrtess which is a command in anger. Hrakaka is gifted sight; the ability to see with knowledge of what is truely there. Sight into the nature of something and the ability to discern it's sanctity. Kai is, again, an offer of brotherhood. A statement that you are welcome in my heart. so in full, gha hra kai means I bless you that you may choose to see with a gifted depth, and that you may be my brother in heart. it's very poetic. next, George is not his original name. it is the name given him in the barrio of Wichita, KS because his real name, Aeriden, stands out. He's a good friend. the best. he knows the depth of friendship. well now that's out, dream sweetly, my friend, as it's getting on the midnight hour. Gha hra kai.

should i get out of bed? prolly. i need to find a job still. i've not really been busy so this will be a short entry. i get to hang out with a couple people today who are oddly becomming the majority of my group. well locally anyhow. my group tends to be scattered across the country. even some of my imaginary friends do i get to talk to online. oh well. i miss george. george is the only male imaginary friend i ever had. he was a martian shape shifter. and he was my best friend of all of them. except maybe sam. i think i will look for george today. he doesn't speak english. he speaks kailonian. because that's where he's from. the martian colony of kaile. it's under the sphynx's face, for those keeping score at home. i hope he's still alive. he is stationed here on earth and has been for the duration of my life. technically in earth years he's about 44, but he enlisted in the arisles 25 years ago and got stationed on earth 5 years later. when i was born. he's here to keep peace and keep earth a matrian ally so the saturnians don't win a platform so close to home. the reason mars is warring with saturn is because saturn was stealing all the water on mars to make their ice rings. that forced martians under ground to farm water from the ground. it doesn't help that the martian core has cooled off making it what we call a dead planet, because that means that ou must reace lower altitudes to find any sort of air. also driving them under ground. anyhow, before i'm committed, i'ma sign off. peace out.
